Holiday parks are a great place to experience the great outdoors in some sort of comfort, but what I don’t understand is why on earth personal osteopath services aren’t available.

Essex is known for many things, white stilettos, Ford Fiestas with fluffy dice and good old seaside holiday parks in delightful places such as Jaywick. However it is web design Essex is becoming better known for rather than stereotypical associations that have been the butt of many stand-up jokes in the past. The close proximity to London, Cambridge, Herts, Cambs and Suffolk places designers in prime position to corner the internet advertising market, a growing phenomenon in the area. This is where some real genius could come in, strategically speaking. If this growing graphic workforce embraces increasing improvements in laptop technology, it could be the case that Essex based web designers will be able to return to the YUPPIE life left behind in the 1980s. Simply, pop along to the local holiday park in the most appropriate Ford du jour, and weave web based wonders on a laptop hacked into a Wi-Fi hot spot. Pass me a Pina Colada I say! Jaywick here I come!

The iconic MINI Cooper is usually associated with Michael Caine and the legendary film The Italian Job, which demonstrated the almost weightless agility of the vehicle; not a Devon holiday park disaster with Herby-esque events. A man and his wife were whiling away some time in their tent at a camp site in East Devon when a MINI came careering down the hill, over their tent and ended up in a toilet block! The couple must have thanked their lucky stars that it was the teeniest of vehicles that rudely intruded a brief kip in their holiday abode. Imagine if it had been a Hummer! The woman was said to be in shock after the event, and the man unfortunately suffered a couple of fractured ribs. Personally, if I had to chose any vehicle to get run over by that wasn’t made by Matchbox or Hotwheels, it would be the MINI.

The growing phenomenon of a British staycation has not quite taken hold as people with tightened purse strings take to foreign shores to stay at holiday parks instead of five star all-inclusive resorts. What not many folks seem to realise though is the need for holiday home insurance for static caravans overseas. Having adequate cover is essential to make sure that not only is your static home protected from the elements, but that the contents of your holiday home are covered in the event of accidental damage or theft. So as the children learn to converse once more whilst gambolling along tourist trodden terrain; and whilst you sip a fine red wine that cost no more than a packet of crisps; it is paramount to make sure that the sun drenched dream can continue by purchasing the right protection for your part time property. If you don’t the rain could well and truly fall heavily on your parade!

With the UK building market seemingly showing no signs of the recession that is clearly gripping the nation, new houses continually pop up on every scrap of land physically possible.

As you’d imagine, Team BHP have a lot of friends. One of the big advantages of having so many friends is that you get invited to some pretty cool stuff, and what could be cooler than a team building exercise where you get to shoot people with tiny balls of paint?
Let me tell you: nothing.

Popular seaside town Clacton-on-Sea is enjoying it’s 18th annual Air Show this Thursday/Friday and with some 120,000 visitors expected, local shopkeepers and beach-front vendors are anticipating a bumper trade.
Stars of the show will likely be the world-renowned RAF Red Arrows display team, who will perform aerial stunts with pinpoint accuracy in the sky above the heads of an eager crowd.

Scores of angry people gathered at the local town hall last Thursday to discuss the goings-on at Lossiemouth’s Silver Sands caravan park - a popular resort on the Moray Firth. It appears that many of the caravans have been sold “several times over” leaving those involved with losses of up to £10,000 and tense confrontations as people try to gain access to units they genuinely believe are theirs.
